For this position in HSSE, we are looking for a dedicated and conscientious colleague to join the team based in Mumbai.
What we can offer
As a Marine Officer, you will be an integral part of the Vetting team, consisting of highly dedicated and proactive colleagues. You will actively contribute to the pre-fixture process and provide valuable support to the Chartering & Operations department.
We expect you to:
  • Handle pre-fixture and post fixture commercial questionnaires and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Engage in communication with Oil majors and vessels.
  • Actively assist in SIRE inspection arrangement and follow up.
  • Support the HSSE department by running ad hoc projects as required.

To succeed in the job
We expect that you as an ideal candidate should be flexible and self-motivated person who can drive results. You as a suitable candidate should have sailing experience on board tankers in the deck department or with adequate experience in shore organisation of a tanker company.
Furthermore, we expect you to have:
  • Open-ended attitude to perform duties in a flexible work arrangement
  • Attention to detail to achieve thoroughness and accuracy
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English
